Just cancel the whole damn Tour it is a overblown piece of crap race anyway.� There are other races that are way more exciting.� Any spring classic, any ‘cross race, the Vuelta and the Giro to name a few.� While we are at it lets knock down the Statue of Liberty and send it back to France (along with some soap).� I am sure everyone on the list is a doper but until they get a positive drug test in hand�I don’t see how they can be excluded.� I guess it is a case of being guilty until you are proven innocent. Maybe I will start watching NASCAR.

The way I figure it is that the Tour is just another entertainment spectacle … it has no more basis in reality than a Schwarzeneggar movie, and should be treated the same. So who really gives a shit whether or not they’re doping?

I don’t think Lance was clean, I hoped Tyler was, but at this point, who knows. As for the rest of them … well … I’ve given up caring. I just want to see an exciting race.

It’s the viewpoint such as the one stated below that makes this sport, indeed, these times so disgusting. Enron, The Bush Admistration, The Barry Bond’s and Tyler Hamilton’s of this world all share the same general attitude….”Fuck everyone else as long as I get mine”….It’s enough to make me want to move to a cabin in Montana and start my manifesto.
