Wake Up, Kick Ass, Repeat

Royal Street

I have never done the Royal Street hillclimb before today.  It is a cool race but it is hard to justify driving to PC for a sub 15 minute race.  Well today I knew I would be up there in the afternoon so I packed my bike.  I stopped by Gardies bad ass gym to see if he was racing and of course he was.  I have been feeling pretty good lately so I had high hopes of beating Francesco in a TT for once.  Not today. He ended up taking close to 30 seconds out of me by the finish.  That is why he has stood on the TT podium at Nationals and I have not.  Tonight was the last “official” race but after some slick politicing from Gardie  Galagher agreed to have one more two weeks from today.  Be there.

Here are the .OEX pivots for tomorrow.

I wasn’t sure what a pivot point is either, so I googled it and now I know. Pivot Point is more than just a beauty school.

If you need to feel good about coming up to do Royal Street, just ride slower than 15 minutes.
