Gonna dig me a hole
Sounds like good times at Wolf Creek yesterday. While the Joe’s were chasing the pro’s over the hills and far away I was ripping some sweet singletrack over at Glenwild. I pulled the plug on racing as I am still feeling the effects of the flu that kicked my ass and wont go away (F.T.K.M.A.A.W.G.A) and it was a good call. Sweet singletrack with a good friend followed by beer and grub at Red Rock. Yup, first half of the day kicks ass. I can now swim lap(s) as in more than one before stopping to hyperventilate for 5 minutes. Baby steps. Finished the day with a kick ass home cooked meal form the sweetest girl in the world (S.G.I.T.W) and slept the sleep of a man who has it all.
It is official, now I am on Team Mona Vie/Cannondale which means I will be riding a new C’Dale CaaD9 cross bike this fall. I would like to thank Rod and the crew at Spin Cycle for supporting me last season. They are real pro’s down there and I am proud to call them friends. I will miss the Heber ‘cross race next week as I will be doing the beach blanket bingo and eating my weight in fresh seafood in Montauk New York.
I need a good rake and wheelbarrow.
