Utah ‘Cross Championships tomorrow. Will I find my form? Will I stay upright? Hopefully. I don’t really have any excuses for my results, sometime you fee like a nut sometimes you don’t. Pretty simple really. The thing I like about racing is you get out of it what you put into it. There are no magic pills (right Nathan? you lying cheater). If you do the work the results will come. Sometimes though things just go wrong. You do the work and nothing. The only thing to do then is keep the faith and push forward. Believe in yourself and good things will come. We are all out there chasing our own version of the dream. Enjoy the Journey.

Gonna give the new C’Dale a whirl tomorrow. With the Kona missing a fork thanks to Frontier Airlines I have to give it a go, even with the little kid cranks that come stock. I am liking the SRAM stuff. The learning curve is not very steep and it works great. Never thought I would see the day I had a bike with an all American drive train, plus the bike is crazy light. Hell ya.

While I am excited about my own race tomorrow Rachel is competing in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in sunny Florida tomorrow. She seems to have had a break through in the pool and hopefully that will mean good things tomorrow. After that she will be finishing out the ‘cross season here in the 801.

I did put up some pictures form the booze cruise in the gallery. Not my best work but if you are super bored check ‘em out.
