Last time I checked we are in America where you are innocent until proven guilty.  So much for French ethics.  Why are they releasing the results of his A sample when they know they need the results of a B sample to prove anything? Snail eating assholes.  I know it does not look good but I am sitting this one out until we get the whole picture.

Sorry dude, but if Floyd’s t/e is 11 to 1… his “B” ain’t gonna be negative. I wanna believe too (que Tyler theme music), but no. Those Phonak docs were on the case, ya know. Thats what they do: http://www.cyclingnews.com/news.php?id=features/2006/phonak_legacy

When the “B” sample comes back then he will deserve everything he gets, good or bad. I don’t really care one way or the other. The Tour sucks and is ultimately bad for the sport. I hope it dies a miserable death.

True, true. I really need to be patient and give Floyd the benefit of doubt. Ray Cippolini’s rant is well written and highlights this very weakness among cyclists: http://www.dailypeloton.com/displayarticle.asp?pk=9843

It was actually the team that released his name … not the lab, not the Societe de Tour de France, not L’Equipe; but Phonak.

This whole situation sucks, as evidenced by my recent blog entry.

If he only had one positive test he didn’t do enough T to make any ACTUAL difference. Besides, I just hate the French.
